CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens- cancellations and rescheduling happen! To best accommodate guests, I ask that any changes to a reservation be made 72 hours prior. Changes made within the 48 hour window, will incur a 25% fee of the scheduled service value. Deposits are required to secure your reservation; they are transferable once and will be applied toward your total service value. Please note that no-shows will result in a 50% fee and will forfeit future booking privileges at The Hairdresser’s. These polices are not meant as penalties, but as a way to maintain mutual respect for both guests and service provider. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
